Indigenous cultures have a holistic understanding of the Earth¹s ecosystems, based on centuries of slow knowledge. We have much to learn about sustainable living from their experience of coexisting with nature. This workshop will take you outdoors to provide a hands-on opportunity to discover the principles of slow knowledge and explore your understanding of place through an experiential multi-sensory exploration of its natural and manmade patterns and rhythms. Your observations and discoveries will be used to create a collaborative map that builds a meaning of place through multiple viewpoints.
